With over 20 years of experience in childhood trauma-informed therapy, Erika’s research and purposeful blend of complementary modalities create a powerful and peace-giving framework for healing and growth. 

From Mexico, with a breadth of experience living in six different countries, Erika has the ability to connect with all souls in a meaningful way. It will be her honour to hold your hand and walk together through the tunnel of challenging yet nourishing emotions to growth and vibrant well-being.
